Krasnaya Polyana is an all-season mountain resort located on the territory of the Caucasus Nature Reserve in the foothills of the Main Caucasus Range. The Black Sea coast starts 40 kilometers southwest of the resort, and the Mzymta River flows through the mountain subtropical forests through the territory of Krasnaya Polyana.

After checking in and having lunch at the hotel, you will take a walk around Polyana 960, a part of the resort located at an altitude of 960 meters above sea level. Day 1 — Accomodation
Caucasian Natural Biosphere Reserve. Visit to the high-altitude resort of Rosa Khutor: My Russia Ethnopark, Mendelikha Waterfall Park, Rosa Peak, and the toboggan run in the Olympic Village.
Upon entering the waterfall park, we can stop briefly at a café with an open summer terrace. From there, we will enjoy a mesmerizing view of the enchanting forest thicket we are about to enter. Legend has it that a treasure trove of golden relics from the Kuban Rada was lost in these parts.
We will have lunch at the iconic restaurant Vysota 2320 on the Rosa Peak, the highest point of the resort. This restaurant is famous for its signature cuisine and unique atmosphere. Its panoramic windows offer majestic views of the Main Caucasian Ridge and the Black Sea.
After lunch, we will descend to an altitude of 1,100 meters to the Mountain Olympic Village. Here you will have the opportunity to ride a state-of-the-art rodelbahn — a high-speed sled on rails that glides through the mountains at speeds of up to 40 km per hour along a route with spectacular turns.

Here you will stroll along the embankment of the Mzymta River, lined on both sides with hotels belonging to well-known international chains and open-air terraces of cafes and restaurants. In the My Russia ethnopark, you will learn about the national diversity, architecture, culture, and crafts of the regions of Greater Russia.
Then, we will take a modern cable car up to an altitude of 2,200 meters to the Polyana 2200 observation deck. From the deck, we will admire the peaks of the Western Caucasus Mountains, take a walk, and take some spectacular photos.
The cabins of the longest cable car in the Rosa Khutor resort, with a length of 2.5 kilometers, will take you to the Mendelikha Waterfalls Nature Park. There are eight waterfalls in the park, the highest of which is 70 meters. The waterfalls are open to visitors and easily accessible, located half a kilometer apart.

Day 2 — Rosa Khutor Resort
Getting acquainted with the venues of the mountain cluster of the Winter Olympics in Sochi. Bobsleighing on the Olympic bobsleigh and luge track.
On this day, you will also enjoy a gastronomic journey—lunch at Red Fox, the best restaurant serving signature cuisine from southern Russia, located at the Rosa Khutor resort. Unique recipes made from local seasonal products and an atmospheric setting have made Red Fox famous around the world: it has been featured in documentaries on BBC and CNN.
This day will be dedicated to the XXII Winter Olympics 2014. On an English-language tour for our group, you will learn about the history of the Olympics in Sochi and get acquainted with the Olympic facilities of the mountain cluster. Then you will personally test an Olympic sport — ride a bobsleigh driven by an experienced pilot on the Olympic luge and bobsleigh track with a total length of 1,814 meters. After the Olympics, international competitions are held here and Russian national teams train in all types of luge sports.

Day 3 — Winter Olympics cluster
Fishing and outdoor recreation at the Rybino eco-complex in Krasnaya Polyana.
You can enjoy fishing for mountain rainbow trout in a cascade of ponds with crystal clear water and a cozy restaurant serving Caucasian and Russian cuisine. It will also be interesting to walk around the complex and see how local life is organized: guest houses, a Russian bathhouse with a stove, animal pens, and horseback riding in the picturesque surroundings. We will be provided with the necessary fishing equipment, and the restaurant chef will cook us a real royal fish soup according to a traditional recipe on a campfire stove from the fish we catch!
We will spend this day outdoors at the Rybino eco-complex, a unique place to relax with family and friends, located in Krasnaya Polyana at the foot of Mount Achishkho among the forests of the Caucasian Nature Reserve. Here you will be completely immersed in the traditional life of settlers in the Caucasus, enjoying conversation, delicious food, and fresh air.

Day 4 — Rybino eco-complex
Getting acquainted with the facilities of the seaside cluster of the Olympic Games in Sochi. Playing curling at the Olympic Shayba Arena.
You will see all the ice arenas, learn how the Olympic Village was created, how the large stadiums were built, and what competitions are held there now. We will also visit the venue for the opening and closing ceremonies of the XXII Winter Olympic Games—Medal Plaza, where the Olympic torch burned in 2014.
In the Olympic Park at the Ice Cube Sports Palace, you will learn about the game of curling! Each participant of our tour will be able to try their hand at the ice rink and learn the rules of this exciting and thrilling game. After the sporting events, we will go to one of the best restaurants in Sirius with a view of the sea, My Star, part of the international Novikov Group company.

We will spend the fifth day of the tour in Olympic Park. This is the main complex for the 2014 Winter Olympics and one of the venues for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. The park also has a Formula 1 race track.
Olympic Park is located in the urban-type settlement of Sirius on the Black Sea coast. It houses the main sports facilities where ice hockey, speed skating, short track, figure skating, and curling competitions were held.

Day 5 — Seaside Olympics cluster
Visiting the British Banya and the Yabloki Pechom restaurant in Krasnaya Polyana.
At British Banya, every detail has been thought out for the convenience of guests: you will be provided with bath accessories and premium LIA LAB cosmetics, and offered tea with Krasnopolyansky honey and jam.

You will enjoy unforgettable bath rituals and unique procedures, such as steaming with a fir branch, rubbing with honey and salt, pouring beer and kvass, warming up in a huge vat with herbal decoctions over an open fire, and traditional dipping in an ice-cold font with pure spring water—all in the fresh air among mountain peaks and dense Caucasian forests!

An exciting journey accompanied by skilled instructors through the off-road terrain of the Caucasian Reserve—an opportunity to reach places that cannot be accessed on foot or by car. We will have the opportunity to see secret bear trails and large waterfalls.
We will explore the most secluded places of the Caucasian Reserve from a bird's eye view – beautiful blue lakes and forests in the mountains, which are impossible to reach by any other means. We will see the local inhabitants – mountain goats and bears.
Sochi Skypark is a place where you can feel like a bird soaring through a mountain gorge! Here, you can walk across a large transparent bridge from one ridge to another, get an adrenaline rush by jumping into the gorge on an elastic rope from a height of 69 or 207 meters, fly over the Akhshtyr Gorge at a height of 200 meters at a speed of 120 km/h on the Megatroll or on the Zipline at a speed of 60 km/h at a height of 330 meters above sea level.
You will walk around the racetrack, learn how Formula 1 racing works, and visit the Nick Panouli Car Museum, which houses a unique collection of cars and racing suits from various racing teams. You will be able to ride on the Formula 1 track in high-speed cars under the guidance of experienced drivers, as well as test your own skills behind the wheel of a sports car.
